Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all purchases.

Deliveries on all successful purchases will be made between 3 – 5 working days, except during special events when delivery may take up to 10 working days. Outlying areas may take up to 7 working days.

• If longer delays are anticipated, you will be notified.
• All orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.
• Deliveries are only made to valid addresses within South Africa, on business days only.

The buyer or a person authorised to accept delivery on the buyer’s behalf, must be available during normal business hours at the delivery address specified in the Order Confirmation (“Delivery Address”). Any person accepting delivery of the Products may be required to produce a form of identification.
