Refund policies

We reserve the right to reject the return of products that are not returned in accordance with this policy procedure. We may request that you pay delivery charges to return such goods back to you.

Items marked as “SALE” will be refunded or exchange to the value of the sale price paid.

For credit card and EFT refunds, different banking institutions have different lead times and can take 3-7 working days to reflect in your account.
